The undersigned undertakes to comply with the statutory provisions in force and with the resolutions of the validly constituted corporate bodies.
To this end, he declares that he knows and accepts the Articles of Association.
Having received the information on the use of my personal data pursuant to art. 13 of the Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 I consent to their treatment to the extent necessary for the pursuit of statutory purposes. I also allow the data regarding the registration to be communicated to the entities with which the association collaborates and processed by them to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of obligations established by law and by the statutory provisions.
